New name of the company

Dear Sirs,

We kindly inform you that on November 21st the name of the company POLCARD S.A. was changed to First Data Polska S.A. The name change is the consequence of the acquisition of the majority of shares of POLCARD S.A. by the international corporation First Data Polska S.A., a world leader in the scope of e-commerce and payment services.

Informing you of this, I would like to emphasize that POLCARD as a brand will not disappear from the market and will remain one of the strongest brands in the FIRST DATA portfolio. The POLCARD brand has been registered as the trademark of FIRST First Data Polska S.A., and the POLCARD logo is, and will be, used in sales contracts and communication. I would also like to inform you that a team of experienced managers and employees of First Data Polska S.A. are constantly and systematically realizing all obligations towards our current Contractors, including your company, guaranteeing the continuity and the highest quality of the service process.

The change of the company name does not trigger the change of the remaining Company data, including its address. Therefore, from November 21st onwards, all invoices issued by POLCARD will be signed by First Data Polska S.A., whereas invoices issued for the benefit of POLCARD should be issued with the following data thereon:
